Return & Refund Policy:
At Camila Collection, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Each item is thoughtfully selected to bring elegance, confidence, and timeless style to your wardrobe. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out, and we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be: Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, and any signs of wear. Returned with all original tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items:
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind:
Sale and clearance merchandise marked "Final Sale."
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We carefully inspect each item before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can assist you promptly. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate, at no additional shipping cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages lost in transit. Please contact us before sending any merchandise back to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us to check availability.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we can assist you with an eligible return or refund.
